Rental Application and Consumer Report Authorization
All of our condominiums are 2 bedroom, 2 bath currently renting for $2000 to $2200 a month. Contact our leasing manager for more rental information.
To submit a Rental Application, (1) click on the Rental Application button below which will open the application in a pdf viewer. (2) Fill out the entire application. (3) Click on the File tab (top left of page) and click Save_As and save your application to either your desktop or your phone home page. (4) Then email the completed application as an attachment to: leasing@casaverdecondos.com. We will review your application and contact you back either by phone or email.

Casa Verde Condominiums has a “no dog” policy and does not allow tenants to have dogs within any unit or on the premises. Notwithstanding the foregoing, however, a qualified disabled tenant will be provided a reasonable accommodation for a qualified dog. To view the dog policy please click on the View button.
